Decked with an MBA in Family Business Management from NM, he rose his career by leading ‘Stylrite’s sales operations and raised the company’s infrastructure in Mumbai, Umbergaon, Rajkot, and the rest of North India. He pioneered the company’s export sales division to 35 countries and sprang joint ventures with multiple production units in India. Over the years, Pinakin Shah is assisting Stylrite advance to a 40,000 piece capacity company and extends to be an instrumental leader.

In his free time, Pinakin Shah treasures to explore and travel the globe to guzzle different cultures. It is his hobby that addresses him so compelling at spotting upcoming trends across the globe.

Amit Shah has discovered and led ‘Stylrite’s retail business over more than 30 years. With a Commerce degree from Mumbai, Amit Shah supervised the expansion of ‘Stylrite’s retail stores from 2 to 5 in the past decades. He also sprang the contact lens division of Stylrite. Being a keen observer of trends and fashions, Amit Shah, strokes to travel, explore new cultures, and engage new people.

With interpersonal skills that can be rivaled by close to none, Vikram Shah is incharge of ‘Stylrite’s sales and distribution in India. With a Commerce degree from Mumbai, he drew over 50 brands to the Indian market and has stabilized over 800 points-of-sale for Stylrite across the country. With a strong foothold in South India, one of his crowning accomplishments Vikram Shah is pushing over 15,000 pieces of Tag Heuer per year in India. In his free time, Vikram enjoys travel and traverse different cuisines and cultures.

With a combined MBA and Engineering in Manufacturing degree from NMIMS with a Masters in Management degree (Finance) from University College London, Pakshal Shah outlines the dynamic next generation of the Stylrite family. Pakshal specializes in implementing global best-practices to enhance efficiency and improve ‘Stylrite’s manufacturing process. He is liable for revamping the overall driving model, thereby taking paces towards making Stylrite an operationally ”lean” organization. In his free time, Pakshal fancies traveling and discovering the architecture of historical countries.
